The puppy you have purchased from Wyoming Westies is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. We
pride ourselves in offering healthy, quality puppies with great attitudes and great dispositions. The puppy will be
current on vaccinations and worming. Wyoming Westies guarantees the puppy for ten (10) days from the date of
purchase against Parvovirus, Distemper and Parainfluenza. Should your puppy contract any of these diseases within
this period, Wyoming Westies should be contacted at once. We must have a signed letter with the diagnosis from
your licensed veterinarian. Wyoming Westies reserves the right to request an examination by our own veterinarian,
or one recommended by our veterinarian. This puppy is being sold to a pet home. Although it may be of breeding or
show quality, it is up to the buyer's discretion whether or not to do so (unless limited registration has been applied).

This guarantee does not cover injury, illness, or death caused from accidents or neglect. It is the responsibility of
the buyer to provide a safe and healthy environment for the puppy. Wyoming Westies requires that you take your
puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days after purchasing your puppy for a health check. Failure to do
so voids any warranty that Wyoming Westies has made.
You have been provided with a complete vaccination record along with the additional records that came with your
puppy. Please submit the vaccination record to your veterinarian in order for them to determine an immunization
schedule appropriate for your area.
Wyoming Westies also guarantees the puppy against genetic disorders that are detrimental to the puppy's health for a
period of one year from the puppy's date of birth. In the event of such occurrence, Wyoming Westies will replace
the puppy under the same conditions as stated above, provided the veterinarian's statement is submitted to Wyoming
Westies within ten (10) days of the date of the diagnosis. In the case of such diagnosis, Wyoming Westies reserves
the right to request puppy be examined by Wyoming Westies' veterinarian or a licensed veterinarian recommended by
the Wyoming Westies; veterinarian, and that should death occur, that deceased puppy's body be returned to
Wyoming Westies for the purpose of a necropsy by the Wyoming Westies' own veterinarian.It is hereby understood
by both buyer and seller that the buyer is responsible for any and all veterinarian costs after the date of purchase and
that no other guarantees are made or implied by Wyoming Westies, except those stated in this written guarantee.
The buyer agrees that Wyoming Westies' obligation ceases and this contract is void if buyer does not continue
vaccination series, fails to see a qualified veterinarian within three (3) days after purchase; deprives the puppy of any
medical treatment needed; or physically abuses and / or neglects the puppy in any way; or does not follow proper
animal husbandry practices.

Payments must clear through bank PRIOR to shipping puppy. Payments can be made through PayPal
(preferred), money order or cashier's check.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be made in consideration of circumstance of the purchaser. Wyoming Westies will
refund deposit if the purchaser's circumstances prohibit taking the puppy, less any expenses directly
related to the sale of the puppy.
Shipping
Puppies delivered by automobile will be delivered for free to Rawlins, WY, or other points within 200
miles and is halfway from the buyer to Mountain View, WY, exceptions are to Pocatello, ID which is
free delivery. In other words, we will deliver free up to 200 miles if that is the halfway point.
When our puppies are shipped by air; delays and rescheduling may be necessary due to extreme
heat/cold prohibiting puppy's flight. When shipped by air, please be aware that flights can be cancelled
by airlines and ARE rescheduled by us for the next available flight; delays are also a possibility. We all
do our best to see your puppy is shipped to you on the day scheduled. Your patience and
understanding is greatly appreciated.
